How your Territory Rewards membership works

Territory Rewards is designed to be simple. There are no points to track, no apps you must install and no tricky conditions hidden away. Here is the whole thing from start to finish.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email address (or with Google if you prefer) and confirm your email. This takes a minute or two.

2. Become a member

A membership is $19 for 12 months, paid once. It does not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to renew. You pay securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

3. Get your digital card

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your digital membership card appears in your account. It has your name, your member number and a secure link that a business can use to confirm your membership is active. It works on your phone, so there is nothing to print.

4. Find an offer

Browse the offers page by category or suburb, or search for a business you already love. Each offer clearly shows what you get, any conditions, and how to claim it.

5. Claim it

When you are at the business, show your digital card to the staff before you pay. They can confirm your membership and apply the offer. That is it.

Good to know

• Offers are set by each business, so conditions such as one per visit or specific days can apply. They are always shown on the offer.
• Some businesses and community organisations also share open offers that anyone can use, with no membership needed. You will find these under Open offers.
