Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you create an account or buy a Territory Rewards membership. By creating an account you agree to them.

Territory Rewards is a trading name of HITI SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, ABN 91 701 522 965 ("we", "us"), an Australian company.

2. Membership

Membership costs $19.00 AUD including GST for 12 months. Membership becomes active only after we have confirmed your payment, and expires 12 months after it starts. It does not renew automatically unless you have been told otherwise and agreed at checkout.

3. Offers

Offers are provided by participating businesses, not by Territory Rewards. Each offer shows its dates and conditions. Businesses may change or withdraw offers, and we do not guarantee that a particular offer will be available.

4. Using your card

Your digital card is personal and must not be shared. A screenshot is not proof of membership; businesses may check your membership status online. We may suspend a membership that is misused.

One account can be signed in on up to 3 phones or tablets and 3 web browsers at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest one. Sharing your account or card with other people may lead to suspension without a refund.

5. Cancellation and refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Your account

Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We record sign-ins to keep accounts secure and to spot misuse.

If you allow notifications on your phone or browser, we may send you messages about your membership and offers. You can turn them off in your device or browser settings at any time.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
