Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Territory Rewards, membership and saving locally.
What is Territory Rewards?
Territory Rewards is an annual membership that gives you access to offers from participating local businesses across the Northern Territory.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $19 AUD for 12 months, paid once. It does not renew automatically.
How do I use an offer?
Open your digital membership card on your phone and show it at the business before you pay. Each offer lists its conditions.
Is a screenshot of my card enough?
No. Businesses can check that your membership is currently active, so a screenshot alone is not proof of membership.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once your membership is active. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Does it cost businesses anything?
No. Businesses can register and publish offers for free. Every business and offer is reviewed before it goes live.
Which areas are covered?
Territory Rewards is launching in Darwin and the wider Northern Territory.
What happens when my membership expires?
Your card stops working for member offers after the expiry date. You can buy a new membership at any time.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. The $19 AUD price includes GST. Stripe emails your receipt after payment.
Can I share my card with family or friends?
No. Your card is personal. An account can be signed in on up to 3 phones and 3 browsers at a time, and sharing may lead to suspension without a refund.
How do I turn on notifications?
In the app, allow notifications when asked. On the website, go to Profile and choose Turn on notifications. You can turn them off at any time.
What if a business does not recognise my card?
Open your card again so it shows as active, and ask them to check it. If there is still a problem, email us and we will help.
Can I buy a membership for someone else or for my family?
Each membership is for one person. Each family member needs their own account and membership.
