Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-off 12-month membership

Membership is a single payment of $19.00 AUD for 12 months. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or early cancellation if you simply change your mind after your membership has been activated.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with the service, for example you cannot access your card or the service is not provided as described, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund. Contact us at hello@territoryrewards.com.au and we will review your request.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or in error, contact us and we will correct it.
