Who we are

Territory Rewards is a trading name of HITI SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, ABN 91 701 522 965. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page.

What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in readable form); optional contact details such as suburb and postcode; your membership and payment records; and basic technical data needed to run and secure the site, including a record of your sign-ins (time, device name, internet address and browser or app details), which we keep for 90 days.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them. If you allow notifications, we store a notification identifier for your device or browser.

We do not store your card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we collect it

To create your account, provide your membership and digital card, process payments, send important service emails, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate the site (such as payment processing by Stripe, email delivery, notification delivery by OneSignal and hosting). When a business checks your membership, they see only your first name and whether your membership is active.

Address search and writing help

When a business or administrator types an address, the text they type is sent to Google to suggest matching addresses. We keep only the resulting address and Google's place reference.

Businesses and our team may use an AI writing assistant (provided by Anthropic) to suggest or check offer wording. Only the offer text and business name are sent. Member names, emails and other personal details are never sent, and a person always reviews the result.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google, to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed, which device and browser are used, the approximate area visitors are in, and how they arrived. It sets analytics cookies, but only if you choose Accept analytics. Until then nothing is sent to Google, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings. Google may process this information outside Australia, as described in Google's own privacy policy.

Separately, we keep simple daily page counts for our own team (for example how many times an offer was viewed). These do not include your IP address, your device details or anything you type into a search.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@territoryrewards.com.au.

Retention

We keep financial records for as long as the law requires and delete or de-identify other personal information when it is no longer needed.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website. We remove or de-identify your personal details within 30 days and keep payment records for 7 years. See how to delete your account.
